Ground flour —1/4 cup                            بیسن 1/4 کپ 
Black pepper—-as needed            کالی مرچ   حسب ذائقہ  
Chili garlic sauce- 1 tbsp                     چلی گارلک  سوس
Potatoes    1 kg                                               آلو 1 کلو

(3)   باقی آدھے پچے ہوئے مکھن کو گرم کر لیں آلو کے کیک کو اس مکھن پر الٹا دیں تاکہ کیک کا دوسرا حصہ بھی پک جائے اس کو 10 منٹ تک        پکائیں یہاں تک کہ گولڈن براؤن ہو جائے بعد ازاں اس کے ٹکڑے کاٹ لیں. 
                                        نوٹ: چکن قیمہ بھی شامل کیا جا سکتا ہے.
