Ingredients    اجزاء

Egg 3                                                                              انڈے  3عدد
Milk 2 tbsp                                                   دودھ  2 کھانے کے چمچ
Onion chopped ½ cup                                              پیاز 1/2 کپ
Oil/butter as needed                               آئل یا مکھن حسبِ ضرورت 
Green chili chopped 1                                             ہری مرچ 1عدد
Coriander chopped 1 tbsp                         دھنیا     1 کھانے کا چمچ
Mushrooms thinly sliced 1 cup                              مشروم    1 کپ
Salt and black pepper to taste        نمک، کالی مرچ پاؤڈر حسب ذائقہ 

Mushrooms| Omelette |Breakfast |Recipe

  1. Beat eggs milk salt and pepper together. Add coriander, mix and keep aside.
  2. Heat a little butter in a non – stick frying pan, fry the onions and mushrooms until golden.
  3. Remove and keep aside.
  4. Heat remaining butter in the same pan. Pour the egg mixture into the pan and cook. Place the mushrooms mixture over the omelet, cover and cook on low heat until done.
  5. Serve hot.
  6. You can also add some cheese.

ترکیب 

(1)  انڈے، دودھ، نمک اور مرچ اکٹھے پھینٹیں. دھنیا شامل کر کے ایک طرف رکھ دیں. 
(2)  ایک نان سٹک فرائی پین میں تھوڑا سا مکھن ڈال کر مشروم اور پیاز براؤن  ہو جانے تک فرائی کریں. 
(3)  فرائی پین سے نکال کر ایک طرف رکھ لیں. 
(4)  اسی پین میں بقیہ مکھن گرم کریں اور انڈوں کا مکسچر شامل کر کے پکائیں. مشروم مکسچر شامل کر کے ڈھک کر ہلکی آنچ پر تیار ہونے تک پکائیں. 
(5)  گرم گرم سرو کریں.
