Bread crumbs 1 cup ڈبل روٹی کا چورا 1 کپ
Gram lentil 1 tbsp دال چنا 1 کھانے کا چمچ
Green coriander 2 tbsp ہرا دھنیا2 کھانے کے چمچ
Black pepper 5-6 ثابت کالی مرچ 5-6عدد
Salt as needed نمک حسب ذائقہ
Oil as needed تیل حسب ضرورت
1- Mince onion, green coriander, green chilies, ginger and cabbage together.
2- Add black pepper and coconut and mince again.
3- Grind rice and lentil, dry roast and add to cabbage mixture.
4- Add potatoes and mash the mixture .now make cutlets of it.
5- Dip theses cutlets into egg then in bread crumbs.
6- Dip in egg again and fry in hot oil.
