Sesame Chicken Stir Fry Recipe -
Chicken Stir Fry

Sesame seeds  1 tsp                        تل 1 چاے کے چمچ  
Breadcrumbs  2 tbsp           ڈبل  روٹی 2 چاے کے چمچ  
Mayonnaise  2 tbsp                  مایونیز 2 چاے کے چمچ 
Salt to taste                                           نمک حسب ذائقہ 
Oil for baking                                    تیل بیکنگ کے لیے 
Soya sauce 5 tsp                   سویا سوس 5 چاے کے چمچ  
Coriander powder 1 tsp      سوکھا دھنیا 1 چاے کے چمچ 
Garlic cloves 2 (crushed)                          لہسن 2 عدد 
Chicken( medium pieces) 1 kg                مرغی 1 کلو 

Chicken Stir Fry |Recipe

1- Mix soya sauce, mayonnaise and garlic in an other bowl.
2- Brush the chicken pieces with mayonnaise mixture, then coat with crumbs mixture for 2 hours at least.
3- To bake, heat a thin layer of oil in a baking dish, turn chicken once in hot oil and arrange the pieces in a single layer.
4- Bake, uncovered at 200 c for 15 minutes, reduce heat to 170c and bake until crispy, golden brown and tender. Serve hot.


 1-   ایک باؤل میں تل، بریڈ کرمبز اور نمک اور دھنیا پاؤڈر مکس کر لیں۔
2-   دوسرے باؤل میں مایونیز، لہسن اور سویا سوس مکس کریں۔
3-   چکن کو پہلے مایونیز مکسچر میں ڈپ کریں پھر تلوں کے مکسچر سے کوٹ کر کے دو گھنٹے کے لیے پڑا رہنے دیں۔
4-   بیکنگ ڈش میں ہلکا سا آئل لگا کر گرم کریں اور چکن رکھ دیں ۔
5-   بغیر ڈھکے ۱۵ منٹ کے لیے 200°C پر بیک کرلیں ۔ پھر درجہ حرارت پر ۱۷۰°C  پر لے آئیں اور کرسپی گولڈن براؤن اور نرم ہونے تک بیک کریں۔
6-   گرم گرم سرو کریں۔
