Chicken broth 6 cups                 چکن کی یخنی 6 کپ
Boneless chicken  200 g        چکن بون لیس 200گرام
Cabbage ½ cup                             بند گوبھی ½ کپ
Half capsicum                                  آدھی شملہ مرچ
1 carrot                                               گاجر 1 عدد
Leek 3 tbsp                                ہری پیاز 3ٹیبل سپون
Tomato ketchup 4 tbsp         ٹماٹو کیچپ 4 ٹیبل سپون
Chili sauce 2 tbsp                    چلی سوس 2 ٹیبل سپون
Freshly ground black pepper 1 tsp  فریش کٹی کالی مرچیں 1 ٹی سپون
Vinegar ¼ cup                                     سرکہ ¼ کپ
Soy sauce 2 tbsp                    سویا سوس 2 ٹیبل سپون
Salt as required                                نمک حسب ذائقہ
Corn flour 4 tbsp                      کارن فلور 2 ٹیبل سپون

Chicken Vegetable Soup | RECIPE 

1-  Add chicken, vegetables, salt, and pepper to the chicken stock and boil for a few minutes .
2-  Observe the vegetables. Wait for 10 minutes. Add some vinegar and 4 tbsp corn flour in it .
3-  Keep stirring. You will smell aroma. It will get viscous after some time.
4-  Pour egg whites. Stir its constantly, add oil and put off the heat. Serve hot.


(1) چکن اسٹاک میں سبزیاں، نمک، کالی مرچ پاؤڈر اور چکن شامل کر کے ابال لیں۔
(2) سبزیاں نرم ہو جائیں تو سرکہ اور کارن فلور شامل کریں۔
(3) چمچ ہلاتے رہیں حتی کہ سوپ ہلکا سا گاڑھا ہو جائے۔
(4) انڈوں کی سفیدی شامل کریں، مسلسل چمچ ہلاتے ہوئے۔
                     گرم گرم سرو کریں۔
