Eggs 2                                                   انڈا   ٢عدد
Oil ½ cup                                             آئل 1/2کپ
Salt 1 tsp                                نمک 1 چائے کا چمچ
Rice boiled ½ kg                           چاول    1/2کلو
Soya sauce 2 tsp       سوسا سوس 2 چائے کے چمچ
Food color a pinch                   زردہ رنگ 1 چٹکی
Chicken boiled ¼ cup                     چکن 1/4کپ
Spring onion sliced ½ cup      ہری پیاز  1/2کپ

Chinese Food| Chow Fan Fried Rice Recipe

  1. Whisk eggs adding food color .
  2. Heat 2 tsp oil in a pan and fry eggs from both sides and take out as a roll. Make small pieces.
  3. Heat remaining oil in pan and  fry the chicken pieces.
  4. Now add the rice, salt and soya sauce, mix then, add fried egg pieces and spring onion.
  5. Serve this delicious Chinese food  chow fan fried rice hot, garnished with green onions.


(1) انڈوں میں زردہ رنگ مکس کر کے اچھی طرح پھینٹ لیں.
(2)  2 کھانے کے چمچ آئل شامل کر کے انڈے فرائی کریں اور رول کرکے چھوٹے ٹکڑوں میں کاٹ لیں.
(3)  بقیہ آئل گرم کر کے چکن فرائی کریں.
(4)  اب چکن میں چاول، نمک، سویا سوس اور انڈے ڈال کر مکس کر لیں.
(5)  ہری پیاز سے سجا کر سرو کریں.
