1- Wash and cook the rice in a rice cooker or some other approach of your choice with the required amount of water. allow to cool completely.
2- Heat the oil over medium low . Add the black gram dal & mustard seeds. while the mustard seeds pop and the daal turns golden brown, lower the heat and add the chilies, curry leaves, asafoetida, salt and coconut.
3- Prepare dinner the coconut on low heat for three to 4 mins.
4- Stir in the cooked rice and mix properly. Take off the warmth.
5- Heat the ghee in a seasoning pot or a small wok, add inside the cashews & stir fry till golden brown. lightly mix into the organized rice.
