Onions                                       پیاز 2 عدد
Mutton 750 g                     بکرے کا گوشت
Nutmeg 1/2                                آدھا جائفل
Mace 1/2                                 آدھی جاوتری
Yogurt 1½ cups                             دہی کپ
Green cardamoms                   سبز الائچی
Salt as required                 نمک حسب ذائقہ
Kewra water 1 tbsp                  کیوڑہ واٹر
Ginger garlic 2 tbsp                 ادرک لہسن
Ginger as required      ادرک حسب ضرورت
Korma Masala 2 tbsp         قورمہ مصالحہ
Butter, ghee /oil ¾ cup            گھی یا تیل

Cooked Lamb| Mutton|  Korma With Almonds Recipe

1-  Heat the oil and fry the onions till golden . put the mutton  in the oil fry and add ginger garlic paste,dry spices and yogurt , when the yogurt dries up ,add a litter water.
2-  Cook until mutton is tender, add saffron soaked in water and green cardamom powder.
3-  Fry the raisins in oil add to the korma along with peeled roasted almonds .
4) Now serve with special rice , Nan or chapatti.


1-   گھی گرم کر کے پیاز گولڈن براؤن فرائی کر کے نکال لیں۔
2-   اب مٹن ڈال فرائی کریں پھر ادرک لہسن پیسٹ، تمام مصالحے اور دہی مکس کرکے پکائیں۔ دہی خشک ہو جائے تو پیاز اور تھوڑا سا پانی ڈال کر پکائیں۔
3-   مٹن گل جائے تو زعفران اور الائچی پاؤڈر مکس کر لیں۔ 
4-   کشمش آئل میں بھون کر باداموں کے ساتھ ڈالیں اور چولہے سے اتار لیں۔
5-   نان یا چپاتیوں ساتھ گرم گرم پیش کریں۔
