Chicken Tikka Masala|Ingredients  اجزاء

Chicken  -1 ½ kg                                        چکن  ½1  ڈ یڑھ کلو
Coriander powder – 2 tbsp         سوکھا دھنیا 2 کھانے کے چمچ
Red chili powder – 1  tbsp                 لال مرچ 1 کھانے کے چمچ
Black pepper powder – 1 tsp              کالی مرچ 1 چا ے کا چمچ 
Lemon juice – 2 tbsp                   لیموں کا رس 2 کھانے کے چمچ
Turmeric – 1 tsp                                            ہلدی 1 چاے کا چمچ
All spice powder – 1 tsp                    گرم مصا لحہ 1 چاے کا چمچ
Cumin powder – ½ tsp                    زیرہ پاوڈر 1/2  چاے کا چمچ
Green chilies – 4-5 (chopped)                       ہری مرچ 4-5 عدد
Garlic 6-7 cloves (chopped)                                لہسن 6-7 عدد
Curry leave 6-7                                                  کری پتہ 6-7 عدد
Ginger – 1 inch piece                                         ادرک 1 انچ ٹکڑا 
Salt – to taste                                                        نمک حسب ذائقہ
Oil – as needed                                                  تیل حسب ضرورت 

Easy Chicken Recipes|

  1. Mix all the ingredients except oil and chicken, add a little water and stir to paste.
  2. Apply this mixture on chicken and keep for 4-5 hours in refrigerator.
  3. Fry chicken in hot oil, cook adding a little water.
  4. When chicken is done and water dries switch off the stove.
  5. Serve hot.


1-  چکن اور آئل کے علاؤہ تمام اجزاء میں تھوڑا سا پانی ملا کر پیسٹ بنا لیں۔
2-  یہ پیسٹ چکن پر لگائیں اور ۴-۵ گھنٹوں کے لیے ریفریجریٹر میں رکھ دیں۔
3-  پین میں آئل گرم کرکے چکن فرائی کریں تھوڑا سا پانی ڈال کر پکائیں۔
4-  چکن گل اور پانی خشک ہو جائے تو چولہے سے اتار لیں
 گرم گرم سرو کریں۔
