Egg plants 2                                           بینگن 2 عدد
Water 2/3 cup                                      پانی 2/3 کپ
Eggs 2                                                       انڈا 2  عدد 
Oil as needed                                 تیل حسب ضرورت 
Salt to taste                                       نمک حسب ذائقہ 
Corn flour as needed                               کارن فلور 
Baking powder 1 tsp                میٹھا سوڈا 1 ٹی سپون
Coconut (chopped) ¾ cup               کھوپرا 3/4 کپ 
Black pepper powder 1 tsp       کالی مرچ 1 ٹی سپون 
Ketchup as needed                     کیچپ حسب ضرورت

1- Cut the eggplants into thick round slices and sprinkle some salt on them .after half an hour wash them and pat dry with a kitchen towel and roll in corn flour . keep aside
2- Mix the flour, baking powder, eggs, coconut cream, black pepper and water in a bowl, and beat well.
3- Add salt and pepper, and coconut powder.
4- Heat the oil in a wok, dip the eggplant and deep fry until golden brown. Remove and place on a paper tow.
5- Serve hot with ketchup.


بینگن گول گول کاٹ لیں اورانپر نمک لگا کر ادھ گھنٹہ پڑا رہنے دیں پھر دھوکر خشک کر لیں اور دونوں طرف سے کارن فلور لگالیں  

آٹا میں میٹھا سوڈا  انڈا کالی مرچ اورپانی اچھی طرح مکس کر لیں 

ابّ بینگن کو اس آمیزے میں ڈبو کر گرم گھیمیں فرائی کر لیں اور کیچپ کے ساتھ گرم گرم پیش کریں
