Flour —- ½ cup                                      آٹا 1/2 کپ
Salt ——-to taste                              نمک حسب ذائقہ
Oil ——–as needed                        آئل حسب ضرورت
Egg yolk——–1(beaten)                           انڈا 1عدد
Green onion —1 (chopped)              ہری پیاز 1عدد
Boiled potatoes —2 cup                           آلو 2 کپ
Curry powder——1 tsp      کری پاؤڈر 1 چائے کا چمچ
Sesame seeds——½ cup                        تل 1/2 کپ
Dried bread crumbs ½ cup            بریڈکرمز 1/2 کپ
Cooked and chopped fish 1 cup           مچھلی 1کپ

Fish Fry| Recipe

  1. Combine potatoes , fish , onion, egg yolk , sesame seeds and curry powder. Shape into balls 1 tsp. for each . Put  flour & eggs into shallow dishes.
  2. Combine bread crumbs and sesame seeds in a separate shallow dish. Roll each ball in flour, egg, then in bread crumbs mix.
  3.  Deep fry balls , in batches, in hot oil until golden brown . remove to paper towel to drain.
  4. Serve hot with ketchup or chili sauce.


(1)  آلو ، مچھلی، تل، پیاز، زردی اور کری پاؤڈر اچھی طرح مکس کرکے رکھ لیں. یہ آمیزہ ایک ایک کھانے کا چمچ لے کر بالز بنا لیں. دو الگ الگ ڈشز میں آٹا اور انڈوں کا آمیزہ تیار کر رکھیں.
(2)  ایک طباق میں تل اور بریڈ کرمز رکھیں. ہر بال کو آٹے اور انڈوں کے آمیزے کے بعد تلوں میں رول کریں. 
(3)  پین میں تیل گرم کر کے بالز گولڈن ہونے تک ڈیپ فرائی کر لیں. پیپر ٹاول پر نکال کر تیل جذب کرائیں اور کیچپ یا چلی سوس کے ساتھ گرم گرم سرو کریں.
