Egg yolk——–1(beaten) انڈا 1عدد
Green onion —1 (chopped) ہری پیاز 1عدد
Boiled potatoes —2 cup آلو 2 کپ
Curry powder——1 tsp کری پاؤڈر 1 چائے کا چمچ
Sesame seeds——½ cup تل 1/2 کپ
Dried bread crumbs ½ cup بریڈکرمز 1/2 کپ
Cooked and chopped fish 1 cup مچھلی 1کپ
Fish Fry| Recipe
- Combine potatoes , fish , onion, egg yolk , sesame seeds and curry powder. Shape into balls 1 tsp. for each . Put flour & eggs into shallow dishes.
- Combine bread crumbs and sesame seeds in a separate shallow dish. Roll each ball in flour, egg, then in bread crumbs mix.
- Deep fry balls , in batches, in hot oil until golden brown . remove to paper towel to drain.
- Serve hot with ketchup or chili sauce.
