Potatoes ———-4 (boiled & sliced) آلو 4 عدد
Mayonnaise. ——-4 tbsp مایونیز 4 کھانے کے چمچ
Sugar —————- 1/2 tsp چینی 1/2 چاۂے کا چمچ
lemon juice ———- 1 tsp لیموں کا رس 1 چاۂے کا چمچ
Salt , pepper——— to taste نمک, کالی مرچ پاوڈر حسب ذاۂقہ
lettuce leaves ——-as required بند گو بھی کے پتے حسب ضرورت
Fruit Salad | Recipe
1- Take a glass bowl. Arrange a few leaves of salad on the base of it.
2- Spread potatoes and a layer of beat root then peas. Place eggs and chicken on the top.
3- Mix mayonnaise, cream, lemon juice, sugar, salt and pepper and pour over the chicken. Chill and serve.
