Dates unstoned 1 cup
Dried apricots 1/2 cup
Almonds peeled 1/2 cups
Onion chopped 1 small
Dried pulm 1/2 cup
Red lentil 1 cup
Brown Rice| Recipe
1- Cook lentil adding some salt in enough water u til tender but not well done
2- Heat ghee in a pan golden fry the onion then roast the dates , apricots ,plums , almond mad lentils
3- In the serving dish layer the rice , qhen mixture of dateds , again rice , then dates mixture alternatively
4- Put to low heat for 10 to 15 min . serve hot
