Boneless chicken 1¹/²cups           بون لیس چکن 1 1/2 کلو
Aniseed flower 1Onion 2(cubed)  بادیان پھول 1عدد،  پیاز  2عدد
Salt to taste                                                        نمک    حسب ذائقہ

Mexican Food| Spicy Rice Recipe

1- Add chicken in water adding salt

2- Tie a thin muslin having onion , garlic , aniseed , coriander and all spices powder .

3- Place it in water with chicken and cook for sometime . when chicken is well done take it out and cook until water reduces to 2 cups

4- Heat ghee in a pan and add cardamons and chicken pieces and fry

5) then add sugar and cook for a while , mix kewra assence and saffron

6) mix the rice with chicken gravy , add lemon juice and almonds , raisins and saffaron mixed in essence

7) now cook on low heat for 5 mins

8) serve ho

(2) ایک پوٹلی میں لہسن، پیاز، بادیان پھول، دھنیا اور گرم مصالحہ باندھ کر چکن میں شامل کر دیں.
(3) جب چکن گل جائے تو درمیانی آنچ پر اتنا پکائیں کہ دو کپ پانی رہ جائے.
(4) اب چکن نکال کر یخنی الگ کرلیں.
(5) آئل گرم کر کے الائچی کڑکڑائیں اور چکن شامل کر کے فرائی کریں.
(6) چینی ڈال کر ایک منٹ کے لئے مزید فرائی کر نے کے بعد زعفران اور کیوڑا ایسنس مکس کر لیں.
(7) اب چاول، لیمن جوس، بادام، کشمش اور زعفران مکس کرکے ہلکی آنچ پر 5 منٹ کے لئے دم پر رکھ دیں.
(8) گرم گرم سرو کریں
