These antioxidants works as the anti – aging factors for the skin.
Yogurt 225 g دہی 225 گرام
Oil as needed تیل حسب ضرورت
Salt to taste نمک حسب ضرورت
Green chilies 6 سبز مرچ 6 عدد
Cauliflower 1 kg florets گوبھی 1 کلو
Cumin /zeera ½ tsp زیرہ 1/2 ٹی سپون
Turmeric powder ¼ tsp ہلدی 1/4 ٹی سپون
Kalonji seeds ½ tsp کلونجی 1/2 ٹی سپون
Red chili powder 1 tsp لال مرچ 1 ٹیبل سپون
Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp ادرک لہسن پیسٹ 2 ٹیسپون
Onions chopped 2 large پیاز 2 عدد
Fennel seeds crushed 2 tsp سونف 2 ٹی سپون
Mustard seed crushed ½ tsp رائی دانہ 1/2 ٹی سپون
Fenugreek seeds 1 tsp میتھی دانہ 1 ٹی سپون
Green coriander chopped ½ bunch ہرا دھنیا 1/2 ٹیبل سپون
Roasted Cauliflower | Recipe
- Add turmeric to a bowl of water and soak the cauliflower . drain after 10 minutes.
- Blend yogurt and coriander in a blender and keep aside .
- Mix together all the seeds .all seeds dry roast after grind.
- Slit green chilies and stuff with half of the seeds powder . in a noon -stick pan heat oil and fry the chilies until their color change . add the onions and ginger – garlic past ,saute on low heat until mixture turns brown.
- Add the remaining seeds powder and fry , add yogurt mixture , salt to taste , red chili powder , cook stirring.
- Add cauliflower , lower heat , cover and cook until tender.
- Remove to a dish , sprinkle green coriander leaves.
- Serve with nan or tandoori roti.
