Ingredients  اجزاء

Boiled Rice 1 kg                                   ابلےہوے چاول 1 کلو
Salt 1 tbsp                                              نمک 1 چاے کا چمچ 
fried Onion 2                                        تلے ہوے پیاز 2 عدد
Oil as required                                         تیل حسب ضرورت
Cumin powder 2 tbsp                          زیرہ 2 چاے کا چمچ 
Nutmeg powder 1/2 tsp                 جائفل 1/2 چاے کا چمچ 
Beef/chicken minced 1 kg             قیمہ مرغی/گوشت 1 کلو 
Raw papaya chopped 1 tbsp        کچا پیپیتا 1 کھانے کا چمچ 
Green chilies chopped 4                             ہری مرچ 4 عدد
Ginger chopped inch pieces                  ادرک  1 انچ کا ٹکڑا
Green onion chopped 1 tbsp         ہری پیاز 1  کھانے کا چمچ
Garlic cloves chopped 2 tbsp       ہرا لہسن 2 کھانے کے چمچ

Chicken Biryani |Recipe

1- Mix all ingredients with mince except oil and rice
2- Prepare long kebab of this mixture and fry it in hot oil
3- For gravy heat oil and Cook garlic , onion tomatoes , salt , green chillies , water on low heat
4- When gravy is ready , add seekh kabab and cook for 2-3 mins
5- finally add rice , fried onions , mint and food colour
6- mix well and take out in a serving dish . serve ho


(1)  چاول اور آئل کے علاوہ تمام اجزاء قیمے میں اچھی طرح مکس کر لیں. 
(2)  اب اس کے لمبوترے کباب بنا کر گرم آئل میں فرائی کر لیں.
(3)  گریوی کے لیے آئل گرم کر کے ادرک، پیاز، ٹماٹر، نمک، کری پتہ، سرخ مرچ پاؤڈر، ہری مرچ اور پانی ہلکی آنچ پر پکائیں 
(4)  گریوی گاڑھی ہو جائے تو اس میں کباب شامل کر کے 2-3 منٹ کے لئے پکائیں. 
(5)  آخر میں چاول، فرائڈ پیاز، پودینہ اور فوڈ کلر مکس کر کے چولہے سے اتار لیں. 
(6)  گرم گرم سرو کریں.
