White pepper powder ¼ tsp سفید مرچ پاؤڈر 1/4 چائے کے چمچ
Fried Rice | Recipe
- Heat the oil in a pan and fry ginger, garlic onion.
- Add diced carrot , cabbage and peas .turns slightly brown, fry until carrot is tender.
- Then add rice and fry 1-2 minutes. if you feel a crispy edge on you rice, turn the heat low and let it cook for 5 minutes more .
- Now add stock white pepper soya sauce and oyster sauce mix nicely.
- Sprinkle the onion over and serve hot.
