Vegetables Fried Rice -

Rice 4 cups                                                            چاول 4 کپ 
Oil 2 tbsp                                                     تیل  2 2 چمچ بڑے
Salt to taste                                                     نمک  حسب ذائقہ
Sesame oil 2 tsp                                   سیسمی آئل 2 چائے کے چمچ
Green peas ½ cup                                            مٹر  1/2کپ
Soya sauce 2 tbsp                               سویا سوس 2 کھانے کے چمچ
Oyster sauce 2 tbsp                         اویسٹر سوس 2 کھانے کے چمچ
Ginger chopped 1 tsp                              ادرک    ایک چائے کا چمچ
Gallic chopped 2 tsp                                   لہسن  2 چائے کے چمچ
Onions chopped ½ cup                                  پیاز   1/2کپ  
Carrot chopped ½ cup                                    گاجر 1/2کپ
Cabbage chopped ½ cup                        بندگوبھی   1/2کپ
Spring onions chopped 2                         ہری پیاز    2 عدد
White pepper powder ¼ tsp   سفید مرچ پاؤڈر 1/4 چائے کے چمچ

Fried Rice | Recipe

  1. Heat the oil in a pan and fry ginger, garlic onion.
  2. Add diced carrot , cabbage and peas .turns slightly brown, fry until carrot is tender.
  3. Then add rice and fry 1-2 minutes. if you feel a crispy edge on you rice, turn the heat low and let it cook for  5 minutes more .
  4. Now add stock white pepper soya sauce and oyster sauce mix nicely.
  5. Sprinkle the onion over and serve hot.


(1)   آئل گرم کر کے ادراک، لہسن اور پیاز فرائی کر لیں.
(2)   اب گاجر، مٹر اور گوبھی ڈال کر فرائی کیجئے.
(3)   چاول مکس کر کے 1-2 منٹ مزید فرائی کریں.
(4)   پھر اسٹاک، سفید مرچ پاؤڈر، سویا سوس اور اویسٹر سوس شامل کر کے اچھی طرح سے مکس کر لیں.
(5)   ہری پیاز چھڑک کر گرم گرم سرو کریں.
