I fell out of love with celery. I’m not certainly sure why. I assume I juiced a gaggle of celery and it made my tongue numb and i puzzled why i might need to drink something that made my tongue numb. perhaps I just had celery sitting in my fridge and stared at it for a few months directly until I subsequently took it out and swore I wouldn’t waste celery again so I didn’t purchase any? That’s likely what passed off. Yeah. I’m pretty positive that’s what took place. Walnuts are an excellent source of anti-inflammatory fatty acids and a good source of vitamin B. walnut are good for your heart and brain. it has so many benefits for your health, hair & skin along with the nutritional value.

Celery stalk — 4 سیلری 4 عدد
Apple ———- 2 سیب 2 عدد
Lemon juice —- 2 لیموں کا رس 2 کھانے کے چمچ
Walnuts ——– 1/4 cup اخروٹ 1/4 کپ
Red reddish (slice ) —1/2 cup لال مولی 1/2 کپ
Parsley (chopped ) —–2 tbsp ہرا دھنیا 2 کھانے کے چمچ
Salt, black pepper —- to taste نمک, کالی مرچ حسب ذاۂقہ
1- Slice the celery stalks finely. Mix in reddish , apple and walnuts
2- Combine the lemon juice , salt , pepper and parsley , mix well.
3- Integrate the celery, walnuts, and raisins in a huge bowl. Drizzle with about half of the dressing and sprinkle with a generous pinch of salt. Toss to combine. upload greater dressing if wished. switch to a serving dish, and garnish with black pepper and flaky salt.
4- Chill and serve.
If you are going to eat the salad later, put the salad spinner within the fridge in any other case allow the celery to crisp for 10 to fifteen minutes, then continue.
